Operation Theory
YA Series Mesh-Stretcher is composed by four completely same mechanic parts, which are connected into a rectangle stretching area. With the chain-drive and trapezium whorl silk-pole-moving structure, the machine operator can easily control the tensile strength of the stretcher by turning the plastic covered handle.

The lamination of the frame and the stretching surface is furnished by the moving of the four cylinders. The stroke of the cylinder can be used for varied thickness of frames by adjusting the spiral bolt and therefore guarantee the quality of the silk net.

Mechanic Structure
YA series Mesh-Stretcher is mainly composed by the following five parts: frame, silk pole moving structure, chain driving structure, net collets and the pneumatic system. Each part has its special features: the frame is light and firm; the silk pole moving structure is accurate and has outstanding self-lock function; the chain driving structure is light and reasonably distributed; the net collets are composed with reliable and firm double rocker which is patented by YongAn's only. Strong clamping force is the main reason to decide the quality of net stretching and our product is right beyond all other products at this point.

Installation Guide
1、 Fix the sliding-parts of axletree on the transom and plug the two ends of slider in the slide-truck, then screw the bolts (Note: Appoint the end without handle-wheel as the left end);
2、 Put the slide-base of cylinders in the slide-tracks with corresponding number inside the transom of mesh-stretcher, then screw the nut;
3、 Push the horse and locked-slider according to their number and order into the slide-tracks which locate in the bottom of the transom of mesh-stretcher, then screw the nut;
4、 Install the four mechanical parts of the mesh-stretcher according to the installation order mentioned above. Join the end of parts 1 with the front of parts 2 by counter-clockwise. Put the left end of parts 2 in the slide-track on the right end of parts 1;
5、 Repeat the step 3 and step 4 and join the parts 3 with parts 4;
6、 Install the four parts together by join the parts1 and 2 with parts 3 and 4,after finished the step above (Slipping the two rows of axletree of the sliding- parts, which locate on No.1 transom of the parts1 and 2 in the slide-tract on the No.4 transom of parts 3 and 4. And slipping the two rows of axletree of the sliding-parts, which locate on No.3 transom of the parts3 and 4 in the slide-tract on the No.2 transom of parts 1 and 2.) ;
7、 After adjusting the size and position, lock the bolt of the sliding parts to fix, and connect the 165 X 2100 aluminum panels by using the M5 bolt at the opening of each transom.
8、 Install the handles as illustrated.
9、 Connect the air pipe and filter.
10、 Set the net collets into the track of the transoms and then the rubber ring of the silk-holder.
You can use the horizontal tester and adjust the level of the machine with the bolts on each stand.
